Q: What is the timeline for the beneficiary selection process?
A: All interested applicants are invited to an informational session at Norris University Center (1999 Campus Drive, Evanston, IL 60208) on March 3, 2012 at 10:30AM. Please note that this is during Dance Marathon, so you will have an opportunity to see the actual even while at this information session.
Q: When are proposals due?
A: Proposals must be postmarked by Friday, April 6, 2012. They can be sent to:

Q: If an organization is unable to attend the informational session, is this okay?
A: Absolutely. If you cannot find the answers to any questions you may have on this website, please also feel free to get in touch with Scott and Kunal at exec@nudm.org at any time.
Q: What should be included in a proposal?
A: See this year’s Beneficiary Request for Proposal, which outlines the general requirements for your Proposal. However, feel free to be as creative within those guidelines as you need!
Q: Does a prospective organization need a connection to Northwestern University to apply?
A: While it is a great addition to an application, a direct connection to the university is not a requirement.
Q: Can an organization apply more than once?
A: We encourage reapplication as every year a different executive board will have the opportunity to read your application.
Q: Can a previous beneficiary reapply to be this year’s beneficiary?
A: Yes! But given that a new board will be reviewing your proposal, please realize that you will still need to submit as comprehensive a proposal as possible since this board may not be familiar with your organization despite your previous connection to NUDM.
