Dancer Accessibility & Experience

Dancer Accessibility & Experience (DAE) is responsible for being the primary contact point for dancers throughout the entire year and during weekend-of. During the year, DAE works to ensure that both fundraising and dancing is accessible for all dancers. DAE facilitates canning for NUDM, providing dancers with transportation to and from canning sites on a weekly basis. They also provide support for small teams as well as individual dancers. DAE also works to implement a targeted, personalized fundraising mentorship program to provide additional support. In addition, DAE emotionally, mentally, and physically prepares dancers for the 30 hours as well as provides any necessary accommodations. Finally, DAE Co-Chairs ensure the weekend-of experience is a positive one for dancers
